To request your tax invoice, please ensure you have the following information:
- Taxpayer Identification Number (RFC).
- Zip code.
- Form of payment.
- Date of payment.
Send this information to firstname.lastname@example.org attaching a bank statement (deposit slip or customer notification from bank if payment was made using a credit card).
NB: In the event you do not have your deposit slip, please request the transaction ID from your bank in order to identify your payment in the Tecnológico de Monterrey’s accounts. You can also find this ID number on your credit card statement.
If the payment was made via a wire transfer or bank deposit, please wait 24 hours before requesting your tax invoice (if you made an interbank transfer, please wait 48 hours).
If the payment was made using a credit card, you must request your tax invoice 7 days after payment (the maximum amount of time before your payments appears on the Tecnológico de Monterrey’s bank statements).
The deadline for requesting your tax invoice is December 4th, 2017.
