Will you be providing certificates of participation? On what date and how many training hours will the Congress cover?
Yes. They will be given out will cover 24 training hours.
Does the cost of the ticket cover food, accommodation and transportation?
Your registration and payment will cover:
- Coffee breaks during the event.
- Hotel-Congress-Hotel transportation (TBC).
- Lunch on Monday 11th and Tuesday 12th.
Your registration and payment DOES NOT cover:
- Ground or air transportation to Mexico City.
Will I have access to Internet on the campus?
Yes. Participants will have access to the Wi-Fi network where the event is being held.

How can I register a group?
In order to register a group please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information for each participant:
- Participant’s complete name.
- E-mail address.
Once the list of participants has been received, you will be sent a message confirming the registration process and the amount to be paid.
When is the deadline for pre-registering proposals?
The deadline for the submission of proposals is July 17th, 2017. Under no circumstances will extensions be granted.
When will the proceedings of CIIE be available?
The publication of the digital proceedings of the Congress will take place between December 11th and 13th, in http://www.ciie.mx
When is the deadline for payment?
The deadline for registration and payment is December 1st.
Can people from outside the Tecnológico de Monterrey request a tax invoice?
Yes. Tax invoices will be provided to participants from outside the Tecnológico de Monterrey.
How do I request my tax invoice?
Ensure you have the following information:
- Taxpayer Identification Number (RFC).
- Zip code.
- Form of payment.
- Date of payment.
Send this information to email@example.com, attaching a bank statement (deposit slip or customer notification from bank if payment was made using a credit card).NB: In the event you do not have your deposit slip, please request the transaction ID from your bank in order to identify your payment in the Tecnológico de Monterrey’s accounts. You can also find this ID number on your credit card statement.
If the payment was made using a credit card, you must request your tax invoice 5 days after payment (the maximum amount of time before your payments appears on the Tecnológico de Monterrey’s bank statements).
The deadline for requesting your tax invoice is December 4th, 2017.
