    Author, Researcher and Advisor in Leadership Development at Google

    Fred is the Advisor Leadership Development at Google, Former Vice President of Executive Development at LinkedIn, President of the Conscious Business Center International, Director of the Center for Conscious Leadership at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, author of the books “Metamanagement, La Empresa Consciente” and “The Meaning Revolution: The Power of Transcendent Leadership”.

    Since 1996, Fred has created and taught leadership programs, personal mastery, team learning, organizational effectiveness and coaching for thousands of executives and consultants worldwide.

    After completing his Ph.D. in Economics at University of California, Berkeley, Fred devoted himself to teaching. He taught at Sloan School of Management and in 1992 he was named “Teacher of the Year”. During his years at MIT, he worked alongside Peter Senge as a senior researcher at the Center for Organizational Learning. Additionally, he is a founding member of the business area of ​​the Integral Institute of Ken Wilber.

    Fred has designed and facilitated programs for senior executives around the world in companies such as Linkedin, Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Microsoft, Axa, Citicorp, AMP Australia, AIG UK, Mandiri Bank Indonesia, General Motors, Chrysler, PWC, Vodafone Australia, Pao de Azúcar Brasil, Grupo Alfa México, Grupo Proeza México, Pepsico México, Heineken México, Master Blenders Holland, Telefónica España, among others.

    Fred has also presented his research at numerous academic institutions including the Sloan business school at MIT, the economic department at Harvard University, Harvard Business School, University of California at Los Angeles and Berkley, University of Chicago, Northwestern University, London School of Economics, University of Tel Aviv, Nanyang Technological Institute in Singapore, Universidad de Buenos Aires, Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, y la Universidad Francisco Marroquín de Guatemala.

    His book, The Conscious Enterprise, has been translated into more than ten languages ​​and his articles have been published in various journals such as Econometrics, The Journal of Public Economics, The Fifth Discipline Field Book, and The Journal of Organizational Dynamics.

    Fred lives on his sailboat, sailing, diving and fishing in the Caribbean Sea. He returns every so often to land to work in the development of executives and coaches in Silicon Valley and Latin America. He is an enthusiast of adventure skiing, mountaineering, fitness, organic nutrition, and natural health.
