    President of Tecnológico de Monterrey

    He is President of Tecnológico de Monterrey. Since his incorporation in 2011 he leads the transformation of this Institution.

    He has excelled in his career in several world-class companies by promoting a culture of organizational transformation focused on talent development, empowerment, innovation and entrepreneurship. He worked for 24 years at PepsiCo as a member of its Executive Committee and President of Latin America.

    He is an active advisor to Proeza, Axtel, Endeavor and the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Monterrey MARCO. Chemical engineer and has a Masters in Administration. Author of the books “Your Life, Your Best Business” and “Admired Company: The Recipe”.
