Dicha investigaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 basada en m\u00e1s de 1,000 meta-an\u00e1lisis y m\u00e1s de 50,000 estudios que involucran la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 250 millones de estudiantes alrededor del mundo. El resultado m\u00e1s importante es que existen alrededor de doscientos factores que afectan el aprendizaje del estudiante. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El aprendizaje visible ocurre cuando los profesores ven el aprendizaje a trav\u00e9s de los ojos de sus alumnos, y los alumnos se perciben a s\u00ed mismos como sus propios profesores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 funciona mejor en el aprendizaje? El 95% de la investigaci\u00f3n mostr\u00f3 que lo que hacen los profesores tiene un efecto positivo en el rendimiento de los alumnos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se cre\u00f3 el concepto de una balanza que mide \u201cThe effect size\u201d que mide las estrategias con las que se logra el aprovechamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De los 200 factores antes mencionados, los diez aspectos que afectan en mayor medida el rendimiento, son los siguientes: expectativas de los estudiantes, debates en el aula, claridad del profesor, retroalimentaci\u00f3n, las competencias de los estudiantes, el aprendizaje cooperativo, gesti\u00f3n del aula, tarea, ejercicios, habilidades grupales, retenci\u00f3n y movilidad. Se encontr\u00f3 que las expectativas del alumno es el efecto con mayor impacto para lograr el aprendizaje visible. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como cierre de esta investigaci\u00f3n se establecieron seis fortalezas que permiten a los alumnos lograr un aprendizaje visible. <\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alumnos y profesores deben conocer en cada momento el impacto de su labor. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Profesores inspiradores. Son aquellos profesores que quieran compartir con sus alumnos su pasi\u00f3n por ense\u00f1ar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alumnos \u201cvisibles\u201d. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The visible learner <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">puede explicar la evaluaci\u00f3n que les aplican, saber en qu\u00e9 nivel del propio aprendizaje se encuentran y conocer cu\u00e1les son los siguientes pasos que debe tomar. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retroalimentaci\u00f3n. Los alumnos obtienen retroalimentaci\u00f3n orientada a su nivel instruccional.
