Salvador Alva is the President of Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico’s best positioned private university, according to QS Ranking. He has been recognized for promoting a culture of organizational transformation focused in the development of talent, empowerment, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

He was the President of PepsiCo Latin America, where he collaborated for 24 years. In 2005 Fortune magazine recognized him as one of the most influential leaders of United States’ minorities.

Salvador is author of the books “Your Life, Your Best Business” and “Admired Business: The Recipe”; he is one of the 20 leaders included in the book “20 great lists of 20 outstanding thinkers 20/20”.
